GEN II: Chapter 11

Hayden and Isabel returned home in the middle of the night. Tired from their trip, and not wanting to wake anyone up, they put themselves to bed. It was just a nap for them, only a couple hours before daylight started peeking through the window. Hayden got up first, and went to the shower.

Isabel got up just two minutes after Hayden, but as soon as she stood, she was hit with a wave of nausea. She had to get to a bathroom, but Hayden had jut occupied the closest one.

She did not move quick enough, and the contents of her stomach made an escape. She vomited right there on the floor. There still seemed to be more behind that, but at least she had given herself some more time to run to a bathroom.

She ran to the next closest bathroom, which was Damien's. Damien was still in bed when she ran through. Isabel muttered "Sorry Damien" as she ran by, but it was barely audible. Damien figured now was a good time to get up. Though it was earlier than he normally rose, he had things to do today. Finding a free shower, he got ready.

Damien was on his way to get a real job. The part time thing wasn't working out for him anymore. All he wanted to do was paint, it was his passion. Damien went to the Town Hall and registered himself as a self employed painter. That would be his job. He was already getting famous because of his paintings, so much so that he even has paparazzi snapping pictures of him sometimes.

On his way out, Damien saw Kenya walking past. He hurried to greet her. Damien asked how she was doing and she told him of their new house, and how quiet it was. She almost couldn't get used to it. Damien invited her back to the house, if she did not have other plans.

"No, I'm free, I'd love to have a quick visit!" Kenya said.

When Damien and Kenya walked in the door, Jenni happened to be standing there. She was so pleased to see Kenya that she didn't hesitate to give her a big hug. Damien excused himself, he had to go pack up a painting to show, and sell later.

Jenni and Kenya continued chatting for a while, then Crystal came home.

She was surprised and happy to see her mother, also happy that her father had not come with her. She told her everything going on at school, and also of Hayden and Isabel's recent marriage. Isabel had shared the news with the family as soon as she could. Though, some other news she would keep to herself, until she was sure.

Actually that night, Isabel had noticed her clothes were a little to tight and threw on her workout clothing to be more comfortable. Just when she finished making her dinner she felt and odd sensation in her abdomen. In her eyes, this was confirmation, she was expecting a baby. Hayden and her must have conceived the night they left for France, prior to the flight.

The next morning Damien and Isabel had breakfast together while everyone else got up and moving around. She was bursting to tell someone, and since Damien was here, she broke the news to him first. After she finished her pancakes she told everyone else. The whole family was very excited about the news and couldn't wait to meet the new family member.

"If it's a girl we are thinking of naming her Ariana, if a boy James after his grandfather." Isabel told the family. They all agreed those were great names, and that Alan would have loved to have a grandson carry his middle name.

There is a birthday to celebrate in the Fuller house. Crystal is becoming quite the young adult. Jenni booked a party at the local pool for her little granddaughter.

The pool party went great. Crystal had grown up to be a beautiful woman, and looked strikingly like her mother. She had such a great birthday and was so happy, she didn't even care that her father had attended.

Chase was a little odd though, he swam in his regular clothes, not a swimsuit. All the guests invited came to the party, and the celebration was a blast. Each and every person had a wonderful time having contests and splashing one another. No one wanted to leave, but it had gotten dark quickly. The guests slowly made their way to the exit, each congratulating the birthday girl.

Hayden unfortunately was working, and could not attend Crystal's party. He was at home waiting for her though, to wish her a happy day and to give her his gift. Hayden had made Crystal and invention just for her.

Isabel was definitely starting to show, and Hayden couldn't stop touching, listening and talking to the baby inside. Isabel always just smiled at him and let's him do what he wants.

Just a few short days have passed since Crystals birthday. She went and got herself a better job, and some new clothes, also changed her hair. Crystal loved that she was as beautiful as her mother, but did not want to be her twin. She had to look as young as she felt, and also look ready to take on the world.

One morning she called everyone outside, and announced that she was moving out. Crystal gave her favorite uncles the biggest hugs ever and thanked them for being there for her. She loved them dearly. She rubbed Isabel's tummy, and told her to take care of this baby, it was special. Finally it was time for Jenni. Jenni got the biggest hug of all, and a lot of thanks. Crystal was grateful for having a place to be when her parents left. This place would always feel like home to her, no where else.

She told everyone she loved them again and went out into the world.

Isabel's pregnancy progressed with no issues. She kept up her workout regime so she would not gain excess weight, and stayed on a pretty healthy diet. She did give into her cravings whenever she got them though, even if it was the middle of the night. Hayden would always go out for her and buy her anything she wanted. He was very supportive.

He had left for work on night and it was just Isabel and Jenni. They sat in the living room sharing girl talk and gossip. Suddenly Isabel had a pain in her stomach.

She was in labor. Jenni, having had three babies, knew the signs and started to panic. "Oh no, Hayden isn't here to take you to the hospital!" she shouted. "What do we do?"

Though she was a little nervous herself, Isabel had to chuckle at Jenni. She thought it humorous that Jenni had been through this herself three times and watched Kenya have her baby, yet she was still really panicking. "I'll just drive myself. The contractions aren't too bad yet and the hospital is not far away." Isabel said. "I'll be fine, do not worry. It is really late Jenni, and I do not know how long the delivery is going to take. Please relax and get to bed."

With that, she left to have her baby. She called Hayden while in the taxi, his shift was only twenty minutes from being over, and she told him to meet her at the hospital. Hayden sounded absolutely thrilled and left work right then.

  2. Yeah me too. That is another thing insane people do. They never wear what they should for things. Like VERY often Chase sleeps in his formal clothes

Glad you are all caught up. Next update will be pretty soon. I tend to update quickly when I have the pics ready.
